I have a Windows 7 Pro computer with Office 365 installed, and all of a sudden, I'm getting the dialog box with the dreaded "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working...". The application starts to open then this error has stopped displays and the application closes. I have replaced msvcrt.dll with a newer version. didn't help I have replaced msvcrt.dll with the version from the office 2000 disk (the orginal file) didn't help I then tried running the repair tool via office 2000 again to no avial. Does anyone have any suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS. Outlook express has stopped working works. However, I have a lot of addresses and e-mails that I need to recover from the Outlook 2000 application.
