I've Emailed tech support 8 times, but still can't get it to work. I un-installed and installed QuickCam and Logitech Camera Driver, about 6 times; can't figure it out. When I click the "Record Video" button, this comes up: Error Code 0x000001fe Anyone know what this error means? I also haveCyberlink YouCam. If I use that, with the Logitech QuickCam, I can take some snap-shots; but still can't record videos. I click the "Capture" button, and get nothing. I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium. Any ideas?
