Hon Reconnect Error
crashed from a game three minutes ago, and when I tried to restart HoN I auto-logged into my main account (as a normally would), changed to my sub-account (as I normally would) and went to the middle of the screen to reconnect to my game. However, there was no reconnect button. I right clicked my friend (who was in the game) to click join game and it said 'you are not on the roster for this arranged match'. Turns out I was instantly terminated, and as such, the game was lost. tl;dr new reconnect system seems broken :arma: Edit: READ: I've just had the same problem, couldn't reconnect to a game, no matter what i did, reset internet, console, nothing. BUT: if you mentor some1 in that game you just disconnected from on your team, you will connect as if you were about to mentor but then actually be your hero again... very weird, but it worked JamesTowN01-13-2012, 09:47 AMThe reconnect updates were client side, not server side so no changes were made that would cause you to become terminated early. If the server will allow you to reconnect the dialogue will show up, but if your computer is unable to connect to the server due to networking issues, or your hero has been terminated then the new reconnect feature won't automatically show the reconnect dialogue because there isn't a valid server to connect to. I'm having the same problem of not being given the option to reconnect. Its not networking issues, and I definately came back in time before my hero would have been terminated. The most recent patch is the cause of not being able to reconnect. I am certain of this because the reconnect feature has worked for me 100% of the time in the past, but since the last patch my computer has crashed a couple of times on different games and both times no reconnect option was available. I have made sure the "work offline" mode was "unchecked" when i try to uninstall internet explorer hon reconnect it doesn't let me cause i have a newer version and fixit has been installed. i unchecked all 3 security certificates disabaled peer to peer and uninstalled pando and i live in USA so i'm positive my DNS is fine as it has always been all these years and no hon reconnect error one wants to play a game of HoN once they find out teleport stone allows a player to flash across the entire map on a 15 sec cooldown.
