The owners manual packet should 2006 honda civic radio serial number contain a small card with a 5 digit number. when the battery is disconnected this code needs to be entered. The radio will display CoDE and you'll have 5 tries before it is locked. Disconnect the battery negative terminal for a minute or so, make sure you leave a door open so the dome light drains any residual charge. Reconnect the battery negative terminal (always disconnect negative first and reconnect negative last). When your head unit displays CoDE enter the 5 digit code on your card. Hi, It's telling you those errors because the radio lost battery power and needs to have the security code entered to make it work again. You have to disconnect the negative battery cable and then reconnect it then enter the radio code. If you don't have the code then you can turn the radio off, hold down the 1 and 6 button and then while still holding the buttons and turn back on the radio. Then the display will show the serial number. Call your local dealership and they'll give you the code.
