There is no longer anybody able to pull codes for you. What you need to do is look throughout your car for a sticker that has it..this could be in the glove box, inside the fuse box or several other places..if you cannot locate it then you will need to Retrieve your radio serial number by holding down the #1 and #6, turn the radio ON, and the serial number is displayed in 2 parts. Only works after the radio says CODe on the display. (or should be on the back or your radio) Record your vehicle Identification number. Once you have that then you need to visit.. https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ If you are not the one who bought the car from the dealer and have not updated your information you should do so. Visit http://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/ But for now lets continue. since you cannot fill out all the required info then all you need to do is call 1-800-999-1009 With all your info. This will take all of 5 minutes and all of YOUR information will be record

The radio/cd player is not operational and reads "ENTER CODE". I cannot find any reference to this in the owner's manual. 5 Answers 139,585 Report FordNut answered honda civic about a year ago Turn your ignition off to begin retrieving your radio code. Press and hold the "1" and "6" preset buttons on your radio. Turn your ignition on. Write down the code displayed on your radio. The display will flash with two numbers: one beginning with a "U" and one beginning with a "L." Write down both numbers (beginning honda civic radio with the "U" number), and then disregard the "U" and the "L." This number (eight digits) is your radio serial code. You'll need it to retrieve your radio anti-theft code. Contact Honda to retrieve your radio anti-theft code. You'll need your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number, found beneath the driver's side of the windshield and your radio serial code. Honda's customer service number is (800) 999-1009. Provide the representative with the information to acquire your radio anti-theft code. You can also retrieve your radio anti-theft code online at https://radio-navicode.Honda.com/ Turn your ignition to "Acc" or "On" to power on your radio. Enter your radio anti-theft code using the preset buttons at the bottom of your radio. For example, if your anti-theft code is "55512," you would press the "5" button three times, then the "1" button, then the "2" button. This will unlock and reset your Honda radio. 8 out of 8 people think this is helpful. I got some HID's installed and now when I try to turn on the radio it says "ENTER CODE". I press 1, 2 (the buttons where saved radio stations are), etc and it says "CODE ERROR". (I tried 4 times to fix this so that's why there is a 4 at the end). Please tell me there is a way I can fix this ****. I have a 2011 FA1 so nothing should be going wrong with my car. Thanks in advance. Last edited by BayBoySpeedShift; 03-27-2011 at 05:29 AM. Well the installers might have but I didn't. He said it would be in the manual somewhere but I didn't see anything. I never had to put any sort of code in before the installation. 03-27-2011, 06:47 AM #4 (permalink) BayBoySpeedShift Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: BAY AREA, CA Age: 24 Posts: 1,937 R18 Crew Mem. - #123 I see you are in the bay !
