Access 2000, I am attempting to open a query in Design mode, but am suddenly getting the error, "Could Not Decrypt File". Access doesn't tell me which file it is trying to decrypt and I http://www.office-forums.com/threads/error-could-not-decrypt-file.703368/ was able to edit it just a minute ago. The query displays file in SQL mode. I restarted Windows, but the problem remains. Any ideas?
