The service sometimes installs on your operating system when you add Hewlett-Packard hardware, such as a printer or scanner, to your computer. My treat.ReplyDeleteKirth GersenJune 3, 2012 at 2:43 PMAfter many trials, including reinstalling windows, I finally I noticed this "service" in the taskmanager being started for a long time, being responsible delaying my SSD startup for at least 30 seconds. A true POS, and quite amazing that HP does not fix this, considering the many complaints when googling HPQDDSVC. Thnaks,
