Thanks! - HP 2610 owner 0 I got the same problem... but a different error and a blue screen...i called hp tech support and they asked for 70 bucks to help me...i need help.. quick...i've tried the partial reset, and it has the same results.. blue screen and error... every single time by kurtc on Aug 8, 2007 at 10:43pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 My HP Photosmart 2610 All-in-one just died. It had worked just fine for years. Then, my 2-year-old was alone in the room with it, and likely pressed all its buttons. It now has a blue screen and the error messages:0xc0620004 and 411:lib_micci2.cI've tried:looking for paper jams, unplugging the power, unplugging the power and ethernet cable.I've tried the hold "OK & Cancel"-, #3-, #6- and #9 while powering-on reset ideas.I've plugged it directly into the wall.I've tried making sure that the Control Panel Overlay cover was on tight. And, that the buttons weren't stuck. The machine seems to want to start up, makes a mini-grinding sound and the print carriage never moves. Then the blue screen/error messages arrive and all the led lights flash.Should I give up on it?Many thanks for your help.K by unknown on Aug 9, 2007 at 11:35am Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 this is a fermware problem the only fix is to replce the main board by a new printer by t
