another message http://www.sysopt.com/showthread.php?110664-HP-Photosmart-1215-Printer-Issue on this site where the guy had the same problem and someone said he hp photosmart needed to do a hard reset. I want to do a hard reset, but in order to do that I need to be able to take out the hp photosmart assert ink cartridges, well since the printer is froze up, the carriage won't slide out (automatically like normal) for me to remove. I've already taken the whole thing apart and was wondering if their is a release somewhere that will manually let me slide the ink carriage out to remove the ink cartridges. Thank You. Second problem is I have my printer set to print in draft quality but sometimes when it is printing it will print in best. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
