Once the problem gone, the scanner is working well for scanning over 30 pages. However, if your scanner idle for a day, the problem will happen again. I have to restart the printer and retry "scan to memory card" or "copy" to test. If failure and restart again. Sometime it takes 3-4 restart will solve the problem. Sometime the problem persist for over 20+ restart which wasting times... I am considering to buy a new all-in-one printer from e
