There is a small latch on the side of you memory card. If you accidentally moved it into the lock position (It can be done without your knowledge) then it will not allow access to the memory card. If this is not the problem, check to see if there is anything in the memory card slot, that is not allowing it to insert fully. If this doesn't work, I would try putting it in a few more times and if it still doesn't work, you will have to import your photos via the camera's input (cable from camera to printer, also
