But when we just tried to print a real label we received the following error message: "Mass what is hp printer status and alerts Whey Strawberry.lbl not printed. Error encountered during print." We now also can't print the test label? As the error message is not very descriptive does anyone have any idea of what the problem could be? The reason being is I just installed Nice Label to one of my Windows XP machines and the labels are printing perfect!! March 9, 2013, 15:33 aris tam hello there, i have been using Nitro creator 2 fine but after upgrading it to 3, i no longer able to convert word doc to pdf. i tried the above printer installation but it failed. nitro creator in no longer a printer option. FYI i am able to convert pdf to text, just not from word to pdf. many thanks in advance.
