During signature validation, Extension Manager has to connect to server to check CRL, timestamp, etc. The failure might be caused by the firewall or the intermittent Internet connection failure. does not tell what is the solution. Additionally, there are multiple solutions so developers often get confused with which one is correct and which one is not correct.Let us first https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1597119 recreate scenario and understand where the problem is. Let us run followingUSE Tempdb The requested URL returned error: 402 while https://www.tunngle.net/wiki/Error:4-102 accessing url fatal: HTTP request failed Cause This may be caused by one of two things: Your Bitbucket Server License has expired. Error 4-102: Could not find the Tunngle service! Error 4-102 Reasons The installation of the Tunngle service has failed. An installed security software has blocked the service installation. An installed security software has prevented the service from starting up. Your Windows user account doesn't have sufficient administration rights for the service installation. There is an empty file named "program" in the root folder of your Windows drive. The DHCP Client Windows service is disabled. Solution Browse to Windows->Start->Run, type services.msc and press Enter. Scout for the TunngleService in the list: If the service is not there we recommend that you properly allow the installation of the new components in your security software. If this fails you can try to disable all your security software during the installation. Don't forget to enable it back when the installation is done. We'd like to remind you once again that the service installation requires administrator rights in order to be successful. If your Windows user account doesn't have enough rights, you can always start the Tunngle client setup by right clicking and selecting Run as administrator. If the service is present, verify that the service startup is set to Manual: Right click on TunngleService Select Properties Set the Startup Type to Manual Click OK Scout for the DHCP Client service. If the service is set to Disabled: Right click on DHCP Client Select Properties Set the Startup Type to Automatic Click OK If when you attempt to manually start the Tunngle Service you get the error 193:0xc1 please verify that there is not an empty file called "program" (just "program") in your Windows drive root folder (usually C:\). This file is known to cause issues to Windows applications and it can be safely removed/renamed in most of the cases. Once it's removed, the Tunngle service should start properly. A member reported that broken folder permissions (even if the UAC is disabled) can cause this issue. In this case installing to another location/drive that doesn't require administrator rights can fix the problem. GOWhen you run above script it will give you following error.Msg 402, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 The data types ntext and varchar are incompatible in the equal to operator. One of the questions I often receive is that voucher is for sure compatible to equal to operator, then why does this error show up. Well, the answer is much simpler I think we have not understood the error message properly. Please see the image below. The next and varchar are not compatible when compared with each other using equal sign. Now let us change the data type on the right side of the string to nvarchar from varchar. To do that we will put N' before the string.USE Tempdb
