Douglas Crooks replied Nov 13, 2009 1. 9C80 means 'No diagnostics cartridge is found in the Library'. Try and locate one it should be in the Base Frame 1 Rack Column C01, Row R01 it should Say 'Diagnostic'. 2. 5B85 means bar code unreadable, i.e. a cartridge is missing a label or it's damaged
