Subject: Traveler Authentication fail Feedback Type: Problem Product Area: Notes Traveler Technical Area: Accessibility Platform: Windows Release: 8.5.3 Reproducible: Always Hi guys I've recently how to configure ibm verse on android installed Traveler 8.5.3.200 on a Domino 8.5.3FP4 server. Most of users databases are on a folder other than /mail ... they are on /companyname/mail and there's also a /mail folder containing my database and a generic admin account. tell traveler commands When I setup Traveler for my account or the admin account, everything works fine. Traveler works like a charm. When I try to setup Traveler for another user other than me, this error appear "Invalid username or password was specified." over and over again, even knowing that the user and password is OK (it works on webmail on another server). Traveler is running on a secondary server. The primary server runs Webmail and 3 or 4 websites

with no problem, authentication works perfectly, but on the Traveler server I can't login. Surely the solution should be very easy, but I've tried so many things that I can't think anymore. Can anyone point me on a direction? What am I missing here?. Replication between Domino Directory is fine, i've checked that.
