I had to take a year of Arabic while living in Iran. The move to Turkey made it imperative that I learn Turkish fast for survival. Instead I use my powerful story to show that it is critical for all of us, particularly those of us living in English speaking countries, to be able to speak and write using proper and polished English. And to be able to master the language, it helps to have a positive attitude towards it.
