Wireless Simulation In Ns2
up No drop packets using the error models for wireless scenario? up vote 2 down vote favorite I am trying to use the error model in ns2 with wireless links, I am using ns2.33. I tried the uniform error model and the markov chain model. No errors from ns but when I am trying to find the dropped packets due to corruption I

can not find any of them using either the uniform or markov models. So please help me if I made any error in using the error model. to search for dropped packets I am using eid@eid-laptop:~/code/ns2/noisy$ cat mixed.tr | grep d My code is available here : http://pastebin.com/f68749435 tcl simulation wireless ns2 share|improve this question edited Feb 11 '14 at 13:51 UiUx 77221122 asked Nov 5 '08 at 17:10 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote -1 down vote Try: grep d mixed.tr share|improve this answer answered Nov 5 '08 at 19:40 Joseph Bui 1,3801118 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service. asked 7 years ago viewed 2224 times active 2 years ago Related 1How can I monitor a flow over wireless connection?1Simulating packet dropping in a wireless network0Wireless simulation issue-1ns2 projects in wirele
