It does not matter if the plugin is launched from within PS CS5, or as a standalone. With plugins such as Nik Silver Efex Pro 2.x, as well as all the other plugins in their lineup: all 64-bit versions fail. Photoshop CS5 64-bit will not load. It does not matter if OpenGL is enabled in PS or not. 32-bit versions of all plugins nominal.
