Unanswered question This question has not been answered yet. It seems my queries that I run on Oracle and MS SQL server don't quite run "out of the box" if you will on Informix. The following sql segment generates an error and I can not determine why. Any help is apprecaited. Bob Update tc_cclk_dms_index4 Set a_plaintiff_nme = fcs_prty_nm_mstr.prty_nm_21 from tc_cclk_dms_index4,fcs_evnt_ldgr,fcs_cs_mstr,fcs_prty_nm_mstr where (tc_cclk_dms_index4.a_barcode_id = fcs_evnt_ldgr.barcode_id) and (fcs_evnt_ldgr.cs_id = fcs_cs_mstr.cs_id) and (fcs_cs_mstr.cs_id = fcs_prty_nm_mstr.cs_id)and fcs_cs_mstr.cs_typ = 'CDM' and fcs_prty_nm_mstr.prty_typ = 'PL' Error Returned: Error: A syntax error has occurred. An example would be: UPDATE cu
