I have tried running eclipse.exe -clean, and that hasn't helped. I did switch workspaces, and that worked, but I need to keep the same workspace given my company's development process. The exception is: An internal error occurred during: "Initializing Java Tooling". java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException Given that there is no other information, I can't tell where the problem is. Why don't you switch to a new workspace and then import your projects into the new workspace by going to File > Import > General > Existing Project into Workspace and continue working.
