Egan70 Level 1 (0 points) Q: ITunes update fails with error 2324, uninstall fails with 2324 as well, no way to run itunes I have not used itunes for a year or so. Every time I turn on my Windows 7 x64 desktop, the update fails. This time I tried to update and got the failure code 2324. I then decided to just uninstall and start over. The uninstaller gives me the same error code. When I try to run the old version of itunes that worked for quite some time I get an error stating the program is not compatible with my operating system.I am stuck and I cannot call support during normal business hours because I work for a living and won't be in front of my home desktop. iPod nano Posted on Jan 12, 2013 3:20 PM I have this question too Close Q: ITunes update fails with error 2324, uninstall fails with 2324 as well, no way to run itunes All replies Helpful answers by Egan70, Egan70 Jan 12, 2013 3:26 PM in response to Egan70 Level 1 (0 points) Jan 12, 2013 3:26 PM in response to Egan70 Exact text of error message:"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
