I have tried installing just the client, the client with Admin Console, the CLient with Snapshot, Scanning and every other possible combination - all of these produce the same error. Any suggestions on how I might resolve this? I'd suggest try running the Microsoft installation cleanup utility:http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/enand see if that helps. If not, you'll want to talk to your reseller about opening a support case. 3 0 Post Link replied on January 18, 2015 Hi Justin. Thanks for your input. I ended up uninstalling LF manually (deleting application files, Common Files, AppData files, etc and removing all related registry keys). I then rebooted the machine and tried the LF 9.2 install routine again. That took care of the issue. LF 9.2 is now up and running with all of the components (scanning, Admin Console, Snapshot, PhotoDocs, etc.). We're good to go. Thanks again for the response. 0 0 Post Link Be the first to start a discussion, ask a question, or create a checklist . Now try your update.
