Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. It points that: "Microsoft Outlook 2010 is not supported with BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0.1. As a result, the BlackBerry Desktop Manager might report that Microsoft Outlook is not installed, or it might not be able to open the message store." "This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. Support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 32-bit version will be available in the release of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager targeted for August 2010." Hope it helps.
