Máy em là BB 8100 ROM 4.2, BDM 4.5 Trước e sync được, chả hiểu sao bây h lại bị như thế. E có search nhưng không thấy bác nào bị như vậy. Em vào phần sync để chỉnh lại chép danh bạ từ BB sang Outlook mà nó không cho chỉnh. Nhảy lên cái báo lỗi đó. Sync cũng không được. Không biết có bác nào giúp em được không.
