The error says in its own little window "An Internal error has occurred". I have tried uninstall and reinstall with no luck. The current version i have installed is Version 9. This message also presented itself on Version 8 also. I am trying to launch this from a Laptop running XP SP2 in a company domain enviroment. However i can get it to work if I take the laptop out of the domain and put in a local Workgroup. The user is also local admin to the Laptop. This would explain why you can run it when you aren't a part of the domain. If there is such a policy, you would have to allow that application to execute.
