It will not allow a new install with it running. Also with newer Versions of F-Secure you may have to completely disable Deep Guard. If you have any problems with Alcohol and use Commodo Firewall such as the Internal Setup Error during the installation also after installation then make sure that you only choose Firewall in the settings not the firewall with optimal or maximum protection. It throws up the error just after the "Accept Terms" page. Any other ideas? Solution: http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/index.php?/topic/30985-internal-setup-error/ as after installing Daemon Tools, there’re some keys set as “Access denied” in registry table, then the fail happened. My solution is to run regedit.exe and find the branch [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetEnumRootS YSTEM\0003], right click and choose “Authority”, and in the authority list cancel the “Deny” option of current user.
