I am making calls to the mws api for the getfulfillmentpreview to estimate shipping costs. I am still in the testing phase and have not made very many successful calls yet due to figuring it out as I go. I think I have gotten it, but I am getting a weird error message from the api. So far I haven't had any luck finding anyone else with this issue or in Amazon docs. The error code is this: "Internal Error 0." And nothing more. I'm using the dev library in php. I am calling Here is a snippet of my code that I am using FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Model_GetFulfillmentPreviewRequest for my request object. Below is the code that sets up the customer information: $request->setSellerId(SELLER_ID); $request->setMarketplace(MARKETPLACE_ID); $address = new FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Model_Address(); $address->setName("XX"); $address->setLine1("XXXX"); $address->setCity("XX"); $address->setCountryCode("XX"); $address->setStateOrProvinceCode("XX"); $address->setPostalCode("XX"); $request->setAddress($address); $itema = new FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Model_GetFulfillmentPreviewItem(); $itema->setSellerSKU("MyItemSku"); $itema->setQuantity("1"); $itema->setSellerFulfillmentOrderItemId("ABCD_1234"); $itemList = new FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Model_GetFulfillmentPreviewItemList(); $itemList->setmember($itema); $request->setItems($itemList); $shippingArray = new FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Model_ShippingSpeedCategoryList(); $shippingArray->setmember(array("Expedited", "Standard")); $request->setShippingSpeedCategories($shippingArray); I then call invokeGetFulfillmentPreview($service, $request); (not an object. just a function call) $service is an instance of FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Client and is instantiated as such: $service = new FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Client( ACCESS_KEY_ID, SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, $config, APPLICATION_NAME, APPLICATION_VERSION); If I make a mock call using $service = FBAOutboundServiceMWS_Mock(), I get a response. I am sure it isn't actually doing anything though due to

I may have found the problem with a plug-in that was causing the problem. (sometimes "the man behind the curtain" can be a little quick to mark problems as "solved"..). If problem was due to a plugin, please contact the plugin author - they *always* want to fix such problems if possible.. It was probably marked "solved" by some other "special" user or an Adobe employee. It seems to me that he/she jumped the gun.. Can you give me more information about when the error occurs? Does any part of the export complete? Does the error only occur when you export multiple files? Can you post a screen shot of your export dialog, so we can see the exact settings you are using? Selected several (10 - 70) images for Export 2. Exported to a folder and specified Show in Explorer 3. Reviewed the exported images in Explorer 4. Identified one or more images for further processing and deleted all exported files from Explorer 5. Performed further processing on the selected images 6. Marked one or more images as Rejected 7. Deleted from disk all Rejected images using Control Backspace 8. Tried to export the remaining selected images. No portion of the export completed. 9. Closed and restarted LR to complete the export.
