It that might say something about me not owning the app and then the app suddenly closes on me. This is weird because all of these apps used to work fine in the past. So I'm not sure what happened. The internal service error message mentions something about Internet connectivity but my Internet is fine. I've tried some troubleshooting but I https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/901753 haven't been able to fix the glitch yet. I did receive an Amazon fire tablet and downloaded some apps on it around the time this happened. But that shouldn't have anything to do with the problem on my S6 right? Don't know how to fix this so anyou help would be huge. I have the same question Show 0 Likes(0) 5978Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 2 replies 1. Re: Internal Service Failure Verizon Wireless Customer Support Jan 14, 2016 7:41 PM (in response to Ovenmit_981) Let's see about getting this fixed. First thing I'd try (it's a good universal first step) is to turn your phone off for a minute and then power it back on. If that doesn't help, I'd be inclined to approach Amazon about this. An "Internal Server Error" is an error that's happened within the web server attempting to show you an HTML page. It's typically a server-side problem out of your control. //I'm trying to download software from a specific site. No matter what I try to download, I get this error message:Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. How is this resolved? I'm very familiar with this error. I see it all the time when setting up or making changes to websites. The good news? It's not your fault. The bad news? There's probably nothing that you can do. It's the server's problem An internal server error is an error on the web server that you're trying to access. That server is misconfigured in some way that prevents it from responding properly to what you're asking it to do. Think of it like the web's version of a blue screen. 🙂 Something went so wrong on the server that it couldn't even tell you what the problem was. Aside from informing the site owner (which may or may not be the webmaster email address that's included in the error message), there's probably nothing that you can do to resolve this problem.
