At times, you may notice a pop-up message informing you that Internet Explorer has experienced an error and needs to close. There are several different steps that you can take in order to fix this internet explorer problem and use Internet Explorer without any issues.Step 1Disable Internet Explorer add-ons. Open Internet Explorer and click "Tools." Select "Manage Add-ons." A box will appear on the page with a list of different toolbars and extensions. Scroll through the different add-ons and highlight any add-on that is listed as "Enabled." Then, click the how to close "Disable" tab at the bottom of the box to disable that add-on. Do this for every add-on and then close the box. Close Internet Explorer and open the browser again.Step 2Reset your version of Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer and once again click "Tools." This time, you will need to choose "Internet Options." A small box will pop up. Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the box. Then, click the "Reset" button. Doing so will reset Internet Explorer back to the default settings.Step 3Search for updates for your version of Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer and this time click the "Safety" option at the top of the browser. Then, select "Windows Update." Your browser will then open the Windows Update Web page. Click the "Express" tab on that Web page. If there are any updates available, they will appear on the Web page. You will then be able to download updates by click
