Description Santosh 2007-07-16 23:32:20 UTC I am using Tomcat 6.0.7 on Windows. I downloded admin webapps of Tomcat 5.5.20 (I didnt get admin webapp for Tomcat 6) and installed with 6.0.7. I am able to see all the options in admin page, but when i tried to add new variable/datasource etc, i am getting following error.. Jul http status 404 17, 2007 11:14:01 AM org.apache.struts.action.RequestProcessor processMapping SEVERE: Invalid path /login was requested Jul 17, 2007 11:14:09 AM org.apache.struts.action.RequestProcessor processMapping SEVERE: Invalid path /frameset was requested Is it because i am using older admin webapps. Comment 1 Mark Thomas 2007-07-17 04:29:53 UTC The admin webapp has not been ported to 6. It might work, it might not. There may well be some subtle incompatibilities. I would look at using JMX if you have the time. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 38484 *** Comment 2 Santosh 2007-07-17 04:43:41 UTC Thanx Mark. When i tried to add new Env variable thru admin page, its throwing following error, I loooked at the code, in eariler release of tomcat addEnvironment was taking 3 String's as Parameter but in 6.x, its taking ContextEnvironment as parameter. So whenever i try to add new nev variable i am getting this error. Also, Changes to the current server values are not updated to server.xml. i will get "Save sucessful" , even after confirming also its not updating.
