The video itself does not appear to be corrupt, I can play it from end to end in Windows Media Player, and it looks and sounds fine. I receive the invalid sample description mp4 fix following error: Error -2041: An invalid sample description was found in the movie (Movie.mp4) Here is the preset used to encode the video:

Lets start with the basics please, and please be more detailed in future posts. 1. What recording software are you using? 2. Specifically, Can you please provide me with the URL of the video(s) you're trying to record and playback using quicktime? 3. What happens when you try playing back the recorded video with another media player (i.e. windows media player, flv player, real player, etc). We'll move forward accordingly based on your responses.
