Within iReb, select your device Now, after a while, you'll get a white/red screen displayed on your iPhone. Don't panic. After this, open iTunes. Error 3194 means iTunes is trying to "phone home" to gs.apple.com but is unable to get SHSH blobs from there for iOS 6.1.2 for your device.
