My approach here is to replace $.browser with navigator.userAgent.indexOf("Firefox") . And $.browser occurs in the code one more time. See patch against 7.x-3.0-alpha6 in the attachment. Posted May 11th, 2009, 8:25 am I hve suddenly started getting an JavaScript Application Message in every web page "Type Error: Browser is Undefined". It may take several cllicks to get rid of the message or a switch to another application and back to Firefox and a click. I have disabled AVG addon and uninstalled the AOL tool bar. ONse suggestion I saw was a corrupted user file with the suggestion that the user be deleted and fire fox uninstalled and reinstalled with a new user file.
