Thanks Studio 42 member nao-pon commented Jan 18, 2013 I checked 2.x_n-bd66a81 with jQuery 1.9.0 & UI 1.9.2. It seems no problem. (checked Firefox, Chrome, Opera & IE8) May be it's problem by browser cache. Please try browser cache clearing. grumpydeveloper commented Jan 18, 2013 I found issue. Post: #1 Sidekick_John Junior Member Posts: 7 Joined: Mar 2013 Reputation: 0 [Solved] .browser deprecated and removed in jQuery 1.9 The $.browser property is removed since/with jQuery version 1.9.x I used the board search but I didn't come across a solution for this. I'm using Firefox and in Firebug I'm getting the following error message: JS Code
TypeError: $.browser is undefined moz = $.browser.mozilla,This is actually quite logic as I'm using jQuery 1.9.0. so is this a known bug? Can I simply ignore it or is there a better recommandation? Also I'm fairly new to GitHub, so this might even be my mistake. I got a litte confused while downloading the files. Is there any possibility to get the latest version of qtip2, including all files necessary for usage, let's say as a zip-File or something? Edit: I just found out about the jquery.bowser.js plugin. Would this fix the problem? Ok I implemented the .browser.js - plugin and that solves the problem. Is this the best way to solve it? (sorry for post -> edit -> doublepost I just couldn't wait ;-) ) 18th March, 21:30 Post: #2 Craig Creator Posts: 5,586 Joined: Feb 2010 Reputation: 42 RE: .browser deprecated and removed in jQuery 1.9 See https://github.com/Craga89/qTip2/issues/491 19th March, 07:30 Post: #3 Sidekick_John Junior Member Posts: 7 Joined: Mar 2013 Reputation: 0 RE: [Solved] .browser deprecated and removed in jQuery 1.9 Well thanks so far! « Next Oldest | Next Newest » Possibly Related Threads...
