Your AD/DSN must be able to query its Forwarders and it has to do that anonymously. This Rule should be limited to only allowing the AD/DNS machines outbound DNS Queries,...this is to eliminate and "reveal" any machines on the LAN with "rogue" DNS settings. It isa good

Nothing has changed on ISA.
