It used to be error -9812 but I downloaded the new itunes software and now its -1202; I hoped my problem would be solved with the download but obviously not.The frustrating part is that everything worked fine before the error occurred. I am on a very tightly secured computer network, but downloading music and such is something that is let by and worked normally before (in case that seems like it could be an issue). Also, I've looked up the solutions to this problem and they didn't work. I use vista, and a lot of the solutions are listed for XP. When I try them out either I can't follow the same instructions due to differences in the OS, or files that are in one aren't in the other. Several talk about .dll files, and one in particular (depending on which solution I've looked at - others have more of this) is said not to even exist on the computer: initpki.dll I thought maybe that was a problem so I downloaded it, put it in the right folder, but got the same thing. Please, please someone figure out how to solve our problem. I used the itunes on another PC of mine, but my laptop (which is all I have with me right now) has this issue. I have $50 in gift certificate balance on itunes but i can't use it where I am now due to this issue Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by NexgenRalph, NexgenRalph Sep 12, 2009 6:46 PM in response to tehb2 Level 1 (0 points) Sep 12, 2009 6:46 PM in response to tehb2 I have the same issue. called Apple,
