Dreamweaver Cc Javascript Error
using Dreamweaver CS5 since it came out and just today I randomly received the message: While executing onLoad in _onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file "_onOpen": onOpen is not defined. I looked up the issue and it said after awhile some files in Dreamweaver start to crash and that this was a simple fix. I read that you have to go while executing onload in _beforesave.htm a javascript error occurred into folder options and turn on show hidden folders so you can see the folder in which you have to do the file correction. The folder is located in the documents and settings directory which I cannot seem to find. I am using Windows 7 and all of the helps I have found are for Dreamweaver 8 and I've tried to look up how to find the documents and settings folder on w7 but I can't seem to find anything. Any help would be much appreciated on how to solve this issue. 7883Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 19 replies 1. These error's are usually not problems at all, just Dw had a brainfart. This error can occur from a time change as well. This will fix your problem 90% of the time, if this doesn't work you will probably want to look up information for deleting your DW configuration folder altogether.
