My suggestion get a damp cloth and from the center of ther disk wipe out to the edge. This will clean http://www.thejediacademy.net/forums_detail_page.php?f_id=5504 any dirt or smudges on the disk. My next suggestion is get a cd repair kit in case theres a minir scratch causing problems with the read process. My suggestion if those dont work......by another copy on ebay or Amazon real cheap.
