Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file [path to the file]". 1. Solution To fix this problem, do the following: Run the removal tool to remove Kaspersky Lab products from your computer. Restart your computer and run the installation of the application once again. 2. What to do if the solution did not help If the issue persists, contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky service.
