Virtual Box is not free software and it is not include on Fedora, you can get it and install it from rpmfusion.org if you install VirtualBox from other source it is more likely that it will have some issues as Fedora release Kernels faster than Oracle can keep up releasing Kernel Drivers, even rpmfusion.org have a delay rewarding them. So please try r

Your problem seems to be because of Dependency Packages. I suggest you remove VBox. And follow guide in the link give below. (It worked for me although I have Fedora 19 (f19).)http://www.tecmint.com/install-virtualbox-on-redhat-centos-fedora/sitson( 2014-04-02 14:14:31 +0000 )editSystems which come with Microsoft Windows 8 pre-installed, typically have UEFI Secure Boot enabled by default. I suggest you to disable UEFI Secure Boot and try again. I had the same issue and was solved after UEFI Secure Boot was disabled in the firmware.http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/18/html/UEFI_Secure_Boot_Guide/ch02s02.htmlI hope this helps.edgardorios( 2014-04-16 14:45:20 +0000 )editThanks! Opened 6 years ago Last modified 8 months ago kernel driver not installed -> issue with DKMS and VirtualBox 5.0.x and earlier only, please see comment 32 before re-opening Reported by: matteosistisette Owned by: Priority: major Component: host support Version: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/7536 VirtualBox 3.2.8 Keywords: vboxdrv, kernel module, recompile Cc: Guest type: Windows Host type: Linux Description (last modified by michael) (diff) Every once in a while (I suppose every time the kernel gets updated thruough ubuntu's automatic update manager), after I reboot my ubuntu host and try to open Virtual Box and start one of my virtual machines, I get the following error: """ The kernel driver VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executing '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary. """ Then I run the abovementioned command and everything kernel driver not gets fixed, but it is ridiculous that I have to do so every time. Would you imagine if EVERY application I use required the same?? Needless to say, I HAVE dkms installed but this happens allthesame. Attachments vbox-install.log (5.7 KB) - added by matteosistisette 6 years ago. Change History comment:1 Changed 6 years ago by Technologov Unfortunately the problem is that Linux breaks backward compatibility on every upgrade. So point this problem to Linus Torvalds. I had a discussion with Creg-Hartman, one of Linus' Captains from Novell SUSE Linux on this topic but we are completely disagree with each other. This problem affects *all* the Linux distros. And you have to do that only to EVERY application that had drivers/kernel modules (very few have). This obviously includes NVIDIA drivers as well. -Technologov comment:2 Changed 6 years ago by matteosistisette Ok, I see. Then what does the second part of the error message mean? "Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary" If the dkms package does not recompile the kernel module when neces
