If your Kobo Vox finds an update but it unable to download it, you might receive a Tablet Update Error. Charge your Kobo Vox with the included charger for at least 1 hour. Ensure you have a strong, dedicated and uninterrupted Wi Fi signal and try the update again. If this does not work, go to Step 2. If you still get the Tablet Update Error after retrying the update, peform a factory reset. Warning: A factory reset deletes all date from your Kobo Vox, including files such as music, videos or apps that you have downloaded or installed. Your Kobo eBooks are stored on our servers and will be downloaded the next time you sign in. Click here for instructions on performing a factory reset on your Kobo Vox.
