just recently received a error code #B11. Can't find any resolution in the owner's kodak easyshare c330 memory card manual on on kodak's support page. Does anyone have any idea what I may be looking at? I can't power up. kodak easyshare c310 memory card Have also tried switching the batteries. Thanks, J.H. Have a 4330 that would have taken about 4thousand pics with before upgrading to the 6490. I dont do technical......but have u tried reloading the easy share.......also check all cords running into the easy share as well, sorry but thats all i can suggest. on. Battery is not properly installed. Remove and reinstall the batteries (Loading the Battery). Battery is not charged. Replace (Loading the Battery) or recharge the batteries (Charging the Battery Pack). Lens cap is on, preventing lens from extending. Remove the lens cap. Pictures remaining number does not decrease after taking a picture. The picture does not take up enough space to decrease the number. The camera is operating normally. Continue taking pictures. Camera does not turn off; lens does not retract. Alkaline batteries were installed in the camera. DO NOT USE ALKALINE BATTERIES. Turn the Mode dial off, remove http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/843634 the alkaline batteries, and replace with an approved battery type (Using Your Batteries). If the Mode dial is not off when you replace the batteries, the camera may not turn back on. In that case, turn the Mode dial off, then back on. Shutter button does not work. Camera is not turned on. Turn on the camera (Turning On the Camera). Wait until the light stops blinking before attempting to take another picture. The card or internal memory is full. Transfer pictures to your computer (Connecting to the Computer), delete pictures from the camera (Deleting Pictures and Videos), switch storage locations (Choosing Internal Memory or MMC/SD Card), or insert a card with available memory (Inserting an MMC/SD Card). Stored pictures are damaged. The card was removed when the ready light was blinking. Make sure the ready light is not blinking before removing the card. Part of the picture is missing. Something was blocking the lens when the picture was taken. Keep hands, fingers, or other objects away from the lens when taking pictures. Your eye or the picture was not centered correctly in the viewfinder or LCD. Leave space around subject when centering picture in viewfinder or LCD. In Review mode, you do not see a picture (or the expected picture) on the LCD. The camera may not be accessing the correct storage location.
