I have had this camera a little more than a year also. I had it repaired under waranty kodak shareware error by Kodak the first time. Now I have the same error code again and waranty time has elapsed. If you find a solution, please let me know! I dont remember the name of the company that supplied the waranty work for Kodak off the top of my head. But I will go back and pull the paperwork and let you know. I got the address by calling the 1-800 number that Kodak supplied in my book that came with the camera. I can get that for you also if you don't have it. I will keep you posted if I find any answers.
