A page became stuck (which I have since pulled out) and now it it gives me the "Malfunction Detected - Contact your service representative C-2555). Pull it out, Open the little part where the ''toner goes'' you will see it, its just like a toner cartridge but on the bigger scale. Get some of the ''Toner from the cartridge and pour into the image unit.... '' Trust me it does WORK !!!! If you dont want to spend more money on a Image unit, once that happens and nothing else works.... do NOT buy a new IMAGE UNIT...
