If you recently got a new one follow these steps:- take the filter out- unplug the machine from electricity- plug it back in- install filter (go into prog- service- install new filter)It should remove the error. (Actually the filter should probably be replaced). Fix it back in the water tank and tide it safety upon the exit ring.Don't forget to unplug the machine BEFORE doing this.Next, restart the machine and let it perform the automatic self testing.
