This will take care of the F030 problem, but then the machine serial number, and the Print count will be blank.....To fix this, Upload the New firmware, hook it up via a network Connection, and then call the Hotline, and tell them you need the to run the "Toolkit" To fix a missing serial number/Print count.They will have you go to a website, and this allows them to conenct to the printer, and Push the Toolkit software.All will be fine when they are done with the Magic "Toolkit"Had this happen to many printers. The figure after the semicolon is simply the page count. I had an odd issue a few weeks back with an FS-3830N bringing up a service code. Tried swapping out mainboards on it to no avail and even swapping the same model printer in it's place caused the same issue. Turned out it was a few stuck jobs in the print queue causing the issue. Never even thought to check that - may well be worth it, before chasing your tail. If you have another one swap unit to prove point. the code tells you which one it is 7002 is second one from f
