Some of the informations presented are found on the internet and some are tested by us.What is this Game Guard ?nProtect GameGuard (sometimes called GG) is an anti-cheating software developed by INCA Internet. It is installed alongside many Asian massively multiplayer online roleplaying games (MMORPGs) such as Lineage II, 9Dragons, http://forums.gamersfirst.com/topic/85018-how-to-fix-game-guard-errors/ Cabal Online, Phantasy Star Universe, GunZ: The Duel, Flyff, PangYaand Ragnarok Online to block malicious applications and common methods of cheating. nProtect GameGuard provides B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) security services for online game companies and portal sites.GameGuard hides the game application process, monitors the entire memory range, terminates applications defined by the game vendor and INCA Internet to be cheats (QIP for example), blocks certain calls to DirectX functions and Windows APIs, and auto-updates itself to change as new threats surface.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameguardLots of the problems caused by Game Guard are due the large use of proxy servers. So what kind of problems we may encounter?1. If internet connection is restricted due to security programs(firewall or antivirus), GameGuard may not be able to update. Check the settings of those firewalls or ask the administrator of the network about them.3. Internet connection problem. See if you need an authentification for re-connecting.4.A proxy server is on. The mine when I lineage 2 gameguard downloaded interlude, everytime in gameguard my computer ask if I wanna close the gameguard (because I have an anti-spyware)... the program get confused... The mine anti-spyware asked... but some programs don't ask to close...
