I have installed a third party software AdobeLivecycle which will create datasource and configures the data source during the installation. When I am trying to test data source connection I am getting ora-12519, tns:no appropriate service handler found following error Messages in the nodeagent logs. But When oracle DBA tried to connect locally from database server he is able to connect to the database. Any help will be appreciated. 11/29/11 11:31:11:938 EST 00000018 DataSourceCon E DSRA8040I: Failed to connect to the DataSource.
