This Windows component is responsible for various database drivers, and other communication modules of the OS. If the MDAC installation is corrupt, you will receive errors about missing/invalid DLL's, or in this case, just a general error loading a DLL.Let's try the easy way first, and see if we can get away with manually registering two DLL's, and then we can re-install MDAC if necessary (which would fix this for sure).
