Storage Group - Initialization of Jet Failed Event ID 455 as follows: Source: ESE Sategory: Logging/Recovery Type: Error: Event ID: 455 Information Store (3612) First Storage Group: Error - 1811 (0xfffff8ed) occurred while opening logfile C:\Program Files\Exchsrver\mdbdata\E00.log. When this first happened this morning, Instead of it not able to open E00.log it was looking for E0001515.log So when I first saw that I did a search first a solution and came accross a Microsoft KB article that says I should delete the log files and remount and databases and then the E00.log file would be recreated and everything should work. I tried doing that but when I went to remount, I got this Error: The database files in the store are inconsistent. ID no: c1041739 Exchange System Manager According to another KB article, I have to run a repair on this database. I went to run the repair but when it was checking the database integrity and said: The database is not up-tp-date. This operation may find that this database is corrupt because data from the log files has yet to be placed in the database. To ensure the database is up-to-date please use the 'Recovery' operation.
